Credit packs are digital service credits. Once Credits have been successfully added to an account, they are normally not refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, incorrect, or paid but Credits were not delivered. We will review the payment record and account activity and may issue a refund or correction where appropriate.

Email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, amount, currency, and Stripe receipt or payment reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.
