We process account details, credential metadata, service and usage metadata, billing records, and BYOK settings needed to provide and secure the service. Card and wallet details are processed by Stripe or the provider shown at checkout; we do not store full card numbers.
Model requests and diagnostics
Model-request content is sent to the selected platform or BYOK provider to generate a response. Prompt and response content is not captured for diagnostics by default. If you enable diagnostic capture in Dashboard, it is encrypted and retained for seven days.
